摘  要:采用中试规模(7.2 m3/d)的FCR(Food Chain Ring)系统去除餐厅污水中的有机物和氨氮.结果表明,FCR系统处理油脂含量较高的餐厅污水是可行的,当进水COD为1 000~1 200 mg/L、NH3-N为43.2 mg/L、水力停留时间为6 h时,出水COD和NH3-N均值分别为85.4mg/L和7.8 mg/L,对其去除率分别在90%和80%以上,出水水质达到了<污水综合排放标准>(GB 8978-1996)的一级标准.FCR系统的第一段对有机物的去除率为46.06%,减轻了后续三段的负荷,保证了系统对有机物有较好的去除效果.A pilot-scale food chain ring (FCR) system (7.2 m^3/d) was used to remove organic substances and ammonia nitrogen from restaurant wastewater. The result shows that it is feasible for FCR system to treat the restaurant wastewater with higher oil content. When influent COD is 1 000 - 1 200 mg/L, NH3 - N is 43.2 mg/L, and HRT is 6 h, the effluent COD and NH3 - N is averaged at 85.4 mg/L and 7.8 mg/L respectively, with removal rate over 90% and 80%, and the effluent quality achieves I-class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996). The organic removal rate in the first phase of FCR system is 46.06%, and thus reducing the load in the subsequent three phases and ensuring good organic removal effect.
