摘　　要：论述了串口通信与内置调制解调卡网络通信两种通信方式在同一个监控系统中一方作为输入、另一方作为输出同时工作下解决实时传输功能的方案研究和实现。并将实现过程中所遇到的一些如读、写冲突等问题的解决进行了说明。The thesis mainly demonstrates a programme on how to make two communication modes to realize transmission in real time in the same monitoring and controlling system. The two modes are COM port communication and internal modem network communication, which work at the same time as the input and output respectively. Simultaneously, it illuminates how to resolve the problems happened during the process, such as reading and writing conflicts, etc.
