摘　　要：在描述金融中介理论发展轨迹的基础上,分析金融模式的历史演变,比较分业、混业模式的优缺点,从中给出我国金融模式的路径选择。Based on an analysis the theories of the financial medium, the paper investigates into the historical evolution of the model of finance and the strengths and weaknesses of the labour-division and lavour-combination models so as to find a wayout for China＇s financial management reform.
