摘  要:对半固态加工技术进行了简要的归纳,讨论并分析了其关键技术问题和发展方向。对半固态加工的工艺原理、浆料制备方法和成形工艺进行了说明,阐述了其技术优势和应用;半固态合金成形是一种具有非枝晶组织特征和触变性能的近终形加工技术,有利于环境保护和可持续发展,在汽车、计算机、通讯、航空、航天以及国防等尖端领域,都将具有广阔的发展和应用前景。This text has carried on brief summing-up to existing semisolid process technology, the key technology question and developing direction have been discussed and analyzed. The craft principle of semisolid process, the methods of thick liquid material and forming craft have illuminated and summarized, and its technology predominance and application have been expatiated; the semisolid forming is a process technology that it is close to take shape, it possesses non-dendritic crystal structure and thixotropic performance, so it is advantaged to environmental protection and sustainable development. It will have wide development and application prospect in such most advanced fields as the automobile, computer, communication, aviation, spaceflight and national defense etc.
