New Technologies of High Speed Twin Roll Strip Casting

摘　　要：本文介绍了近年来出现的MDTRC、METRC和HPTRC等新型双辊铸轧机,对设备和工艺特点以及所得铸带的组织性能等参数进行了对比分析,指出立式TRC、铜质铸辊、无润滑、低过热度和半固态铸轧是提高铸轧速度的有效方法。High speed and thin strip are the development direction of the twin roll strip caster. Many countries are concentrated on the development of new type high speed thin strip caster. In this paper, some new types of twin roll caster such as MDTRC, METRC, and HPTRC are introduced. The characteristic of the devices, processes and cast strip are listed and compared. Vertical twin roll caster with the copper roll, without lubricant, low superheat and the semi-solid casting are the development direction of the high speed strip caster.
