摘  要:以Ca(NO3)2、(NH4)3PO4、Si(OCH2CH3)4(TEOS)为原料,在200℃下水热处理8h制得含硅羟基磷灰石(Si-HA)粉体。通过X-射线荧光光谱(XRF)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对Si-HA的晶相、化学组成、形貌和热稳定性进行了分析。结果表明:硅酸根替代部分磷酸根进入HA的晶格中,没有改变HA的晶体结构,但会导致羟基流失、HA的晶胞参数发生变化,并抑制HA晶体的长大,少量硅的掺入不会降低HA的热稳定性。Silicon-substituted hydroxyapatite powders were prepared by hydrothermal method using Ca(NO3)2, (NH4)3PO4 and Si(OCH2CH3)4 (TEOS) as reagents. X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to characterize the crystalline phase, microstructure, chemical composition, morphology and thermal stability of silicon-substituted hydroxyapatite. The results show that the substitution of the silicate groups for the phosphate groups cause some OH^- loss to maintain the charge balance and change the lattice parameters of HA, furthermore, the substitution of the silicate groups restrain the growth of Si-HA crystal. DSC analysis show that the small amount of silicon incorporated into HA lattice does not affect the thermal stability of HA.
