摘　　要：对于搁板面积50 m2以上的原料药用冻干机,以双干燥箱+单一水汽凝结器组合为多见。由于其存在一些不足之处,开发了相同干燥面积的单一干燥箱+双水汽凝结器组合的原料药用冻干机,并溶合了交替真空除霜、小门装置、螺杆压缩机、在位清洗和消毒等设计新理念。For those lyophilizers whose total shelf surface area is larger than 50 m^2 ,the most common construction is a combination of double chamer with a single condenser. But, such a type has some defects. A large-capacity lyophilizer was therefore developed for medicinal raw materials, of which the construction was turned into the other combination, ie. a single chamer with double-condenser with equal shelf surface area provided for drying. It involves such new design concepts as alternate vacuum defrosting, small cell wicket, helical-lobe compressor, CIP and SIP.
