中美山杨组织培养芽分化影响因素研究

摘　　要：研究了影响山杨组织培养芽分化的各主要因素,包括繁殖材料的取材时间、外植体类型、取材部位、接种母树年龄、初始培养基和消毒剂等。同时,研究了在初始芽分化阶段各无性系的差异。通过研究优化了山杨组织初培养,为山杨组织培养成功和大量快速繁殖奠定了基础。The paper researched every influence factor of the bud polarization for tissue culture on the clone of mountainous poplar, which include select time of propagation material, the type of explants, the position of selection, the age of mother plant, initial culture medium and disinfector. In the mean-while, the difference of every clone in the bud polarization was researched. Through the research, the initial tissue culture of mountainous poplar was optimized, which was the foundation for tissue culture and speediness propagation of mountainous poplar.
