摘  要:介绍了一种实用新型法布里珀罗(F-P)腔滤波器的结构设计和工作原理,它以光纤准直器与光学膜片组成F-P腔和以逆压电效应型微位移器进行腔长调谐。分析了F-P腔滤波器的机械特性及其对扫描特性的影响,通过调整输入波形的形式来修正F-P腔滤波器的扫描畸变,从而达到计算机控制F-P腔滤波器扫描的高精度和可控性。F-P腔滤波器的扫描位移可达到1μm以上,扫描频率高于160Hz,自由谱区达50 nm,扫描线性度为1%。Structure design and working principle of a new type and practical Fabry-Perot(F-P) cavity filter is introduced. The F-P cavity is composed of two parallel mirrors plated films and the fiber collimator. The length of the cavity is tuned by the piezoelectric ceramic which is sticked on the mirror. The mechanical characteristics of the fiber F-P cavity filter and its influence on the scanning characteristics are analyzed. Scanning distortion of F-P cavity filter can be corrected by adjusting the input signal style,so high accurary and controllability of F-P cavity filter can be got with the computer controlling. The fiber F-P tunable filter can scan more than 1 μm. The scanning frequency is up to 160 Hz. The spectrum free region (SFR) is up to 50 nm, and the linearity is 1%.
