摘 要:采用重铬酸钾法和苯并三氮唑法(BTA)对Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金进行钝化,采用盐雾试验和电化学方法研究了表面钝化的Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金在生理盐水中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,在生理盐水中重铬酸钾法钝化和苯并三氮唑法钝化Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金具有较高的耐蚀性能和抗失泽性能是由于合金表面形成电化学性能稳定的阻碍膜层及其化学效应所致.重铬酸钾法钝化Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金表面膜层主要是(CrCu)2O3.(CuZn)O.xH2O的水合尖晶石氧化物组成.BTA钝化时,Cu-Zn-Al形状记忆合金的表面形成了Cu(Ⅰ)-BTA络合物的表面膜.Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy was passivated by potassium dichromate and BTA. Thereafter salt spray test and electrochemical test were used to investigate corrosion behavior of surface passivated Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy in saline solution. The results showed that Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy passivated by potassium dichromate and BTA had high corrosion resistance and well anti color distortion capacity. The surface layer of Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy passivated by potassium dichromate was composed of hydration spinel oxide of (CrCu)2O3· (CuZn)O· xH2O, while the surface layer of Cu- Zn-Al shape memory alloy passivated by BTA was complex of Cu ( Ⅰ )-BTA. Corrosion resistance and anti color distortion capacity of Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloy were enhanced in saline solution by surface passiviation, which was result from an isolated layer formed on the alloy surface, with stable electrochemical performance and its chemical effects.
