摘 要:采用DELPHI语言,通过建立材料在流动海水中腐蚀综合模型,对金属流动腐蚀实验进行了仿真化研究.结果表明:动态仿真实验较好地模拟了流动介质对材料腐蚀的影响,探讨了表面流体力学参数与腐蚀的关系.仿真得到的腐蚀速度与实测值基本一致,说明通过建立的腐蚀综合模型,开发管流式和旋转流式材料流动腐蚀的仿真软件是可行的,能够对将材料流动腐蚀,特别是在高流速、高温条件下流动腐蚀进行模拟研究.In this paper, by establishing a overall corrosion model for metallic materials in flowing seawater, flow induced corrosion of two metals were studied with aid of Simulation test method using Delphi language. The results showed that dynamic simulation tests could well simulate the effects of fluid flow on metal corrosion, and explicate the relationship between near-wall hydrodynamic parameters and corrosion rates. Simulated material flow induced corrosion rates obtained by this model are in agreement well with measured ones. Thus, it is showed that the established overall corrosion model is correct, and the developed simulation software of loop and the rotating disk experimental apparatus are scientific and reasonable, which can be used to study materials flow induced corrosion, especially, in high flow velocity. Simulation could well be an alternative of the corrosion test in high flow velocity condition, and upgrades the research to a new level.
