摘  要:我国大学教学管理制度中存在着较为严重的人文关怀问题。大学的使命在育人,而非制器。因此,大学教学管理制度必须创新,体现新的管理观,反映大学生的合理需要,指导和激励他们不断进步;尊重大学生的多样性和差异性,为他们的学业和个性发展提供各种可选择的空间;正确对待大学生的错误行为,为他们营造宽松、自由、和谐的发展环境,以全面实现大学教育的目标。There exist serious problems in the administration regulations of college teaching as regards humanistic care. It is generally believed that the purpose of education is to cultivate human beings rather than to make machines. Thus, the administration regulations have to be innovated to show the new outlook of administration, to reflect the reasonable requirements of college students, to encourage and guide them to make continuous progress. The diversities and differences of students should be considered, so as to provide students with various and elective space in the development of their studies and personalities. Besides, a right attitude towards the erroneousness of students should be held, so that a relaxed, free and harmonious environment for the students can be created to achieve the overall objective of college education.
