摘 要:针对对苯二甲酸工业中的溶解度基础数据缺乏的问题,提出了一种测定高温下对苯二甲酸在醋酸水溶液中的溶解度的方法.对苯二甲酸在特制的高温溶解釜中达到饱和,通过特制的取样装置取样后用高效液相色谱测定对苯二甲酸的溶解度.用该法测定了423.15-503.15K下对苯二甲酸在醋酸质量分数为60%、70%、80%、90%和100%的醋酸水溶液中的溶解度.结果表明,引进一个与苯环相连的羧基ACCOOH,并将ACCOOH基团与其他UNIIFAC基团的相互作用参数表示成温度的线性关系后,UNIFAC基团贡献模型能较好的关联对苯二甲酸在醋酸水溶液中的溶解度.For resolving the lack of solubility data terephthalic acid in aqueous acetic acid, a method of determining the solubility at high temperature was developed. In a specially designed high-temperature dissolving tank, terephthalic acid saturated in aqueous acetic acid was sampled by a specially designed sampler. Concentration of terephthalic acid was determined by high-performance liquid-phase chromatography. The solubility of terephthalic acid in aqueous acetic acid was experimentally determined at 423.15-503.15 K and at the weight percent of the acetic acid of 60% ,70% ,80% ,90% and 100% by using this method. The results show that after introducing a new group ACCOOH as carboxyl group connected to benzene ring, the interaction parameters between ACCOOH and other UNIFAC groups are assumed to be a linear function of temperature, and the determined solubility data can be correlated well by the UNIFAC group contribution model.
