摘  要:根据碾压混凝土的性能特点和施工要求,研制开发了一种水溶性高分子化合物,即含有磺酸根、羧酸根、羟基和氨基等多种官能团的缓凝型非萘系高效减水剂.与萘系类相比,该高效减水剂具有掺量低,减水率大,坍落度损失小,能延缓凝结时间,提高碾压混凝土的可碾性、耐久性,减少水化温升和水泥适应性较好等特点.According to experimental study and construction practice of roller compacted concrete(RCC), a new type of set-retarding water-reducer with-COO^-,-SO^3-,-OH, and-NH2 for construction of RCC dams under high temperature condition was developed. This kind of water-reducing agent is of such advantages as low admixing volume, high water reduction, and low slump loss as compared with naphthalene water-reducing agent. The agent also prolongs the RCC setting time, improves its compaction, decreases hydration heat-induced temperature rise, and enhances its durability, and is of high adaptability to cement.
