摘　　要：VisualBasic.NET编程语言是微软推出的最新版本。该版本为开发图像处理程序提供了一个革命性的工具—GDI+,为图像函数提供了一个新的API。GDI+中Image和Bitmap类,提供了对各种图像格式的支持,且以继承类的方式实现图像处理,极大的方便了图像处理程序的开发。本文结合图像处理技术,运用GDI+提供的功能,实现对图像的二值化、图像的旋转与拉伸。Visual Basic.NET is the latest version of the programming language VB proposed by Microsoft Company. In this version, a revolutionary tool GDI＋ is available for image processing programs, which is a new interface of image functions. Class Image and class Bitmap in GDI＋ support many kinds of image format, and process images by the class inheritance mechanics to make the development of image processing programs more convenient. This paper completes the binarization, rotation and stretch for images by combining image processing technology with functions of GDI＋.
