摘　　要：介绍了智能功率模块的特性。采用理论分析、PSPICE模拟仿真以及与实际调试相结合的方法,论证了将智能功率模块应用到潜艇用开关磁阻电动机主电路中后,不仅体积大大减小,还提高了系统的可靠性,增强了抗干扰能力,降低了成本,具有实用价值。The characteristics of MITSUBISHI＇ s IPM（ intelligent power module） was introduced. Based on the main circuit features of switched reluctance motor used for submarine, combining theoretical analysis, Pspice simulation with practical test, the feasibility of using IPM to the main circuit of switched reluctance motor of submarine was presented.
