城乡关联性测度与协调发展研究——以西安市为例

摘　　要：分析城乡关联与协调发展的关系及协调发展的内涵;结合昂温对城乡关系的分析,认为城乡关联性可以通过测度促进城乡间各种要素“流”形成的空间介质的质与量及要素“流”的实际流量、流速和流向来评价,进而提出城乡关联性测度的指标体系及测度方法。通过对西安市1980—2003年城乡关系演变历程的研究与分析,验证该指标体系的科学性,并指出目前西安市城乡协调发展的关键问题。The paper analyzes the relationship between urban- rural interaction and coordinated development of urban- rural areas and discusses the essence of coordinated development. Combining with the analysis of urban- rural relation by Tim Unwin, the paper believes urban - rural correlative- degree can be evaluated by measuring the quality of the medium and volume, speed and direction of the economic dement flow between the urban and rural. Then it constructs the evaluating indictor system and puts forward the method of determining the degree of urban - rural interaction. Based on above study, the paper studies the evolutionary course of the urban- rural interaction in Xi＇an City from 1980 to 2003, verifies the scientificity of the indicator system and puts forward the problem in coordinated developrnent of Xi＇ an City at present.
