摘　　要：介绍了美国信息存储器件公司研制的语音芯片ISD(Information Storage Device)的内部结构及特点,尤其对它的SPI串口通信协议进了深入分析,用在系统ISP(In-System Programmability Programmable digital Circuits)编程器件设计了ISD的串行通信接口,实现了控制ISD工作的新方法。This paper not only introduced the interior structure and characters about ISD Chipcorder Serial, but also an- alyzed its SPI（Serial Peripheral Interface）. Further more, the desgin of SPI about ISD Chipcorder serial is made by using ispM432/32 device. Compared with other control method, this method based on ISP device provide a new design.
