摘 要:采用不同加热制度在空气炉中进行6063铝合金的钎焊试验,并对钎焊接头进行了外观、金相及剪切强度的检测分析。结果表明,在适当的工艺条件下采用空气炉中加热钎焊铝合金是可行的。其工艺要素是,被焊面要清理充分,用夹具夹紧使被焊面紧密贴合以及快速加热升温。The brazing of aluminium alloy 6063 on different thermal parameters in air furnace with proper technical measures was tested. The appearance of the brazed ioints and the metallographic microstructure as well as the shearing strenth were checked and analysed, The results indicate that brazing aluminium alloys in air furnace with proper technical measures was apphcable,and the key essentials include clearing the braze interfaces sufticiently, closing the braze interfaces with proper clamps and heating the workpieces rapidly.
