摘　　要：本文主要对国内外生态工程研究的状况，工业企业生态工程在我国工业经济发展中的地位、生态工程的研究目标和主要研究内容进行了初步探索，并分析了该项研究的理论价值与应用前景。加强对工业企业生态工程的研究．不仅有利于促进工业企业生态工程的实施和工业经济增长方式的转变．还可以为区域可持续发展制定生态规划及政策提供理论依据。The article makes a brief review on the research of ecological engineering in China and in the world. It primarily studies the position in the development of our national industrial economy, the goal and the content of the industrial ecological engineering, then it analyzes the theoretical values and future of the research. The authors point out that intensifying the research on ecological engineering of industrial enterprises can not only facilitate its application and formation of industrial economic growth pattern, but also furnish with theory to making ecological plans and policies on regional sustainable development.
