摘  要:分析某发电厂1025 t/h锅炉再热器穿顶密封结构焊接接头的开裂源于再热裂纹,裂纹的产生原因在于:焊接接头高刚度、高应力集中,过大焊接线能量及接头在运行中存在热应力。通过将密封结构改进为套筒式和优化焊接工艺,提高了锅炉的安全可靠性。After analyzing, the source of the welded joint fracture on the sealing structure of the reheater through the penthouse superheater in a 1025t/h boiler is reheat crack which is caused by high rigidity and high stress concentration of the welding joint, excessive welding energy input and heat stress existing in the joint when operating. Through changing the sealing structure to sleeve type and optimizing the welding technology, the security and reliability of the boiler equipment are improved.
