摘  要:目的研究羧甲基茯苓多糖在2.2.15细胞株培养中抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的作用。方法分别采用20.0、12.0、6.0、3.0、1.5g/L的药液,在2.2.15细胞株培养中观察其对细胞的毒性和对HBsAg和HBeAg分泌的抑制效果。结果羧甲基茯苓多糖对2.2.15细胞株的50%毒性浓度(TC50)为13.6g/L,对2.2.15细胞株HBsAg、HBeAg分泌的半数有效浓度(IC50)为4.45、5.61g/L,治疗指数(TI)值为3.06和2.42,高于已用于临床抗病毒的阿昔洛韦。结论羧甲基茯苓多糖在2.2.15细胞株培养中对HBsAg和HBeAg分泌有较好的抑制作用。Objective To observe the anti-HBV activity of Carboxymethytl Pachymaram (CMP) on the cuhuring of 2.2. 15 cell llne. Methods Concentrations nf 20.0 g/L ,12.0 g/L,6.0 g/L,3.0 g/L.1. 5 g/L of CMP were used to evaluate its toxicity to the cell line and the inhibition rates of the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg in the eultured 2.2. 15 cell line. Results Experiments showed that the mean half toxicity concentration of CMP for 2. 2. 15 cell line was 13.6 g/L and concentration for 50% inhibition of the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg were 4.45 g/L,5.61g/L and 77 were 3.06 and 2.42. CMP showed stronger effect on anti-HBV than aciclovir. Conclusion CMP has good inhibitory effect on the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg on cultured cell line 2.2. 15.
