摘  要:以信阳上天梯膨润土为原料,通过碱熔活化,水热合成洗涤用P型沸石,并对产品进行表征。最佳工艺条件确定为:碱土质量比1∶1,碱熔活化温度400℃,焙浇时间2h,老化反应温度75℃,老化时间4h,晶化温度95℃,晶化时间5h。热重分析和X射线衍射分析结果表明,样品的热稳定性和结构特征与文献报道的P型沸石的结果一致。P-zeolite was hydrothermally synthesized by alkali treatment bentonite of Shangtianti, Henan Province,The testing product P-zeolite had been characterized. The optimum technological conditions were confirmed, which were 1 : 1 as NaOH: bentonit in the proportion of mass, 75℃ as reaction temperature, 4h as gel time, 95℃ as crystallization temperature and 5h as crystallization time, The results of TG,DSC and XRD Patterns were consistent with what in the reference literature.
