摘　　要：研发了一种基于电流分析的永磁直流电动机故障检测与诊断智能装置,整个装置以软件为系统核心,所需硬件设备极少。实验结果表明:该诊断装置能够快速、准确地对小功率永磁直流电动机的几种典型故障进行检测与诊断。A fast diagnostic intelligent device based on current analysis is developed. The software was taken as the nuclear of the whole device and needed few hardware instruments. The results of experimentation show that several kinds of representative faults on product line of low power permanent - magnetic DC motors can be diagnosed rapidly and conveniently by the methods in this paper.
