血栓性孕兔肺栓塞模型的制备

摘　　要：目的:探讨血栓性孕兔肺栓塞(PE)模型的制备。方法:A组20只孕兔采用自体血凝块经股静脉注入右心房内,造成肺栓塞模型,B组10只孕兔注入生理盐水,C组20只未孕兔采用自体血凝块经股静脉注入右心房内,造成肺栓塞模型,D组10只未孕兔注入生理盐水。观察各组动物在注入血栓和生理盐水后的呼吸、心跳等变化。以及注射后各组动物的病死率。结果:A组孕兔均有PE的症状,均有血栓性PE的病理表现,猝死6/20只,而B组未出现PE的症状,无PE的病理表现,无动物猝死。C组家兔均有PE的症状,均有血栓性PE的病理表现,猝死10/20只,而D组未出现PE的症状,无PE的病理表现,无动物猝死。结论:应用自体血栓法制成的孕兔PE动物模型症状表现严重,可出现PE的类似临床表现,而且病死率高,接近于临床的PE病死率,实验动物均出现血栓性PE的病理变化。Objective： To study the creation of experimental pulmonary embolism model with pregnant rabbits. Methods： Rabbits were divided into 4 groups. Rabbits of group A were pregnancy rabbits injected with self-blood clotting into right atrium by femoral vein ;Rabbits of group B is pregnancy rabbits injected with saline; Rabbits of group C were female non-pregnant rabbits injected with self-blood clotting into right atrium by femoral vein; Rabbits of group D were female non-pregnant rabbits injected with saline. Change of respiration and did not heart rate and survive ability of each rabbit were detected in each group. Results： All rabbits in group A showed symptoms of pulmonary embolism and the mortality was 3/20. All rabbits in group B did not show symptom of pulmonary embolism and did not had not pathologic change of pulmonary embolism and did not die. All rabbits in group C showed symptoms of pulmonary embolism and the mortality was 7/20. All rabbits in group D did not show symptoms of pulmonary embolism and had not pathologic change of pulmonary embolism and did not die. Conclusion： The pregnancy pulmonary embolism model by self-blood clotting was successfully created.
