摘　　要：世界民族问题热点对各国社会政治发展的影响愈来愈不可忽视,对各国政府、政党及其执政者的警示作用越来越明显。各国如果要保持社会稳定、和平安宁,就必须对世界民族问题热点有清醒的认识,并采取积极有效的措施。一旦出现争端或冲突,亦需通过各国政治力量进行协调,军事手段只是解决这类问题迫不得已的一种极端手段。The influence of heated race problem in the world upon social political development in all countries should not be neglected and the role of it to the government and political parties becomes more and more obvious. If the political powers in all countries want to maintain a society stable and peaceful, they must have a clear understanding of it and take active measures to guard against its happening. Once dispute or conflict happen, each political party should harmonize via negotiation while military means is the last and extreme choice.
