摘　　要：西夏王国是由党项贵族建立的,从夏州政权到西夏立国,经过李继迁、李德明、李元昊祖孙三代人的艰苦创业,政治经济文化均有所发展,在中国和世界历史上具有举足轻重的地位。The Kingdom the regime of Xiazhou prefecture of Xixia was established by Dangxiang, a minority nationality in the history. From to the establishment of the Kingdom of Xixia, it experienced a period of exploiting and enterprising, making out regulation, constant reforming by the grandfatter Li Jiqian, the father Li Deming and the son Li Yuanhao. Thus Xixia was developed fast in politics, economy and culture and took an important position in both China and the world at that time. In the old histroical book, being astricted by traditional view, Xixa was not given a right position. This article focuses on the procedure of its evolution and developmental venation, and dissertates its historical position at large.
