摘　　要：给出二维约束Voronoi网格的有关概念,分析了约束线段在二维Voronoi网格存在的条件,提出了一种二维约束Voronoi网格构造算法;并对二维约束Voronoi网格的尺寸和质量控制进行了研究;最后给出了实例以说明算法的有效性.该算法计算快速,适应性广,在诸多领域具有广泛的应用前景.This paper first puts forward the concept of two-dimensional conforming Voronoi mesh, and studies the conditions on the existence of constrained segments in the final Voronoi mesh. A novel construction algorithm of conforming Voronoi mesh and related size ＆ quality control algorithm are proposed. All the algorithms are guaranteed to terminate. Finally, examples are given to illustrate its efficiency. The techniques could be widely used in various applications.
