摘 要:目的探讨日照市区家蝇对化学杀虫剂的抗药性现状。方法在市区选择4个点采集家蝇成虫,并将室内饲养一代后的雌性家蝇作为试虫,测试其对残杀威、DDVP、二氯苯醚菊酯、氯氰菊酯的抗药性,计算相对抗药性并进行比较。结果碧波大酒店家蝇对残杀威、DDVP、二氯苯醚菊酯的抗药性均为最高,LD50分别为0.970 0、0.560 1和0.251 0μg/♀;市中医医院家蝇对氯氰菊酯的抗性最高,LD50为0.255 3μg/♀。相对抗性值以DDVP最高(30.41),氯氰菊酯最低(27.31)。结论家蝇抗药性水平的高低,与化学杀虫剂用量大小和使用频率高低密切相关。Objective The current insecticide resistance in house fly in Rizhao city were presented. Methods In urban district, Four point where house fly imagos were collected, and reared to next generation. The female house fly were used. Rsistance to four insecticides including propoxur, DDVP, permethrin, cypermethrin were tested, relative rsistances were calculated for comparation. Results The highest rsistance of house fly to propoxur, DDVP, permethrin, were in Bibo hotel and their LD50 were 0. 970 0 μg/♀ , 0. 560 1 μg/♀ , 0. 251 0 μg/♀ respectively. The resistance to cypermethrin was highest in municipal chinese medical science hospital with LD50 = 0. 255 3 μg/♀. The highest relative rsistance was to DDVP (30.41), and the lowest relative rsistance was to cypermethrin(27.3l). Conclusion The rsistance of house flys were relative to the using frequency and dose of insecticides.
