奋斗呐对印鼠客蚤毒杀效果观察

摘　　要：目的为筛选出优质高效的杀蚤剂,在现场实验的基础上,观察奋斗呐对印鼠客蚤的实验室毒效。方法药膜法。结果(1)当药物浓度在12.50 mg/L以上时,KT50在7 min以内:12.50、25.00、50.001、00.00 mg/L的KT50分别为6.19、6.14、5.06和4.64 min;(2)当药物浓度为100.00 mg/L时,24 h死亡率为100%;(3)100.00 mg/L浓度药膜在室温和普通湿度下存放120 d后,仍可使100%的试蚤死亡。结论奋斗呐5%可湿性粉剂毒力强,气味小,对人畜较为安全,残效时间长,可在控制家鼠鼠疫灭蚤中使用。Objective To Studies the efficacy of 5% FENDONA against Xenopsylla cheopis. Methods In laboratory test residual smearing method was used. Results （1）When the concentrations of FENDONA were 12.50, 25.00, 50.00 and 100.00 mg/L, the KT50 values were 6.19,6.14,5.06,4.64 rain respectively; （2）Insects were killed at the concentrations of 100.00 mg/L; （3）when the insecticide was applied at or more than 50.00 mg/L using residual smearing, at room temperature and natural humidity, its efficacy could last for more than 120 days. Conclusion The FENDONA can be used in flea control in plague epidemic area.
