摘 要:矿渣MTC能不能实现泥饼的固化胶结,是否能提高第二界面胶结强度,对矿渣MTC的推广应用极其关键,为此系统比较了矿渣MTC水泥浆与油井水泥浆在没有泥饼、普通钻井液泥饼、多功能钻井液泥饼3种情况下的界面胶结性能,并对泥饼固化的原因进行了分析研究。实验结果表明,没有泥饼存在时,油井水泥浆的胶结性能明显优于矿渣MTC;普通泥饼存在时,水泥浆和MTC均不能得到令人满意的胶结性能;油井水泥浆不能使多功能钻井液泥饼固化胶结,而矿渣MTC能够实现多功能钻井液泥饼的固化胶结。结果还表明,泥饼固化的首要条件是泥饼中必须含有胶凝材料,由于普通泥饼中没有胶凝材料,所以不论是什么固井液都不能使其固化。而矿渣的活性是潜在的,只有被激活才能发挥胶凝性能,因此油井水泥浆无法与多功能钻井液泥饼发生同步的水化固化反应,只有矿渣MTC浆体与多功能钻井液泥饼相遇,才能既保证有胶凝组分的存在又具有足以激活矿渣水化的可溶性激活组分,从而有效实现泥饼的固化,提高固井质量。It is crucial for the application of slag MTC whether it can enhance the second interface strength or can solidify and cement cake. Thus the interface cementation performances of slag MTC slurry and conventional slurry under the conditions of no cake,conventional drilling fluid cake and multifunctional drilling fluid cake were systematically compared and the reason of mud cake solidification was analysed.Test results showed that the cementation of conventional slurry was better than that of slag MTC under the condition of no cake and both of slurry and MTC could not provide satisfied cementation under the condition of conventional drilling fluid cake.Moreover,slag MTC could cement the multifunctional drilling fluid cake,while conventional slurry could not. In addition,gelling materials was indispensable for cake solidification.Conventional cake could not be cemented just due to no gelling materials.Only activitated can the slag had gelling ability due to its potential activity.So the hydration and solidification of conventional slurry could not occur in synchronism with multifunctional drilling fluid cake.Only contacts between MTC and multifunctional drilling fluid cake can guarantee enough soluble activation components to activate sag hydration and thus can effectively complete cake solidification and improve cementing quality.
