摘  要:小龙湾区块位于辽河盆地东部凹陷中段黄沙坨构造小22、23区块。该区块馆陶组地层胶结疏松,成岩性差;沙河街组泥岩地层水化分散能力强,易坍塌;沙一、沙二段以及沙三段上部地层多为砂层,渗透性较好。根据以上地层特点及其对钻井液性能的要求,确定选择超低渗透钻井液完井液。室内实验研究了该体系的2个关键产品———超低渗透井眼稳定剂JYW-1和防漏堵漏超低渗透井眼稳定剂JYW-2对钻井液性能的影响。结果表明,JYW-1和JYW-2对不同孔隙的砂床、岩心和裂缝具有很好的封堵能力,可有效防漏堵漏,有效保护储层;超低渗透钻井液通过增强内泥饼封堵强度,大幅度提高岩心承压能力,能提高漏失压力和破裂压力梯度。超低渗透钻井液在小龙湾地区5口井上进行了现场实验。应用结果表明:由于超低渗透钻井液滤失量小、封堵能力强,防漏承压能力突出,抑制性强,稳定性好,钻井液排放量减少50%,电测一次成功率在95%以上。证明该钻井液能较好解决以往钻长裸眼多套压力层系或压力衰竭地层时易发生的漏失、卡钻和坍塌技术难题,保护油气层,满足环保要求。Xiaolongwan area lies in little block 22 and 23,Huangshatuo structural belt,the middle of eastern depression,Liaohe basin.In the area,formation of Guantao intervel has bad cementation and diagenism;mud shale of Shahejie intervel has strong hydration dispersion and easily collapses,member 1、2 and top of member 3 of Shahe intervel are sandstone with better permeability.According to the formation character and requirement of drilling fluid,the ultra-low invasion drilling and completion fluid are chosen.In lab,two key products were developed which are ultra-low invasion hole stabilizing agent,JWY-1,and lost circulation material with ultra-low invasion hole stabilizing effect,JWY-2.Study in lab indicated that JWY-1 and JWY-2 have excellent capability of sealing sand-bed、core and crack with different pore size distribution; they can effectively prevent lost circulation and protect reservoir;ultra-low permeability fluid can improve pressure bearing ability of core、leakage pressure and fracture pressure gradient by enhancing plugging strength of internal mud cake.Ultra-low invasion fluid was applied in 5 wells in Xiaolongwan block.Application in field indicated that the fluid had low filtrate,strongly sealing ability,excellent leak resistance and pressure bearing ability,good inhibition and stability.The emission amount of drilling fluid was reduced by 50%,completion logging success rate is more than 95%.So,it was proved completely that the fluid can protect reservoir,meet the environment requirement,and perfectly solve loss circulation,sticking and sloughing caused by many sets of pressure profile formation in drilling long opened hole and pressure depleted formation.
