摘  要:大庆长垣外围葡萄花油藏的开发需要低成本的可替代油基钻井液的水基钻井液.研制出了水平井硅基阳离子钻井液体系,该体系主要由抑制性阳离子聚合物和含硅基的油层保护剂组成,即5%膨润土+0.05%碳酸钠+(0.5%~1.0%)阳离子聚合物+(0.2%~0.5%)抑制剂+(1.5%~2.5%)润滑剂+(8%~12%)矿物油+(0.2%~0.5%)降粘剂+(1.5%~2%)降滤失剂+(0.2%~0.5%)有机硅表面活性剂+(1.0%~2.0%)油层保护剂+(0.1%~0.2%)流型调节剂+重晶石粉.实验研究表明,该钻井液具有性能稳定、抑制性强、润滑性好、滤失量小的特点,能够有效保护油气层.现场应用也表明,该钻井液性能稳定,具有一定的悬浮携砂能力和润滑防卡能力,滤失量低,抑制性好,达到了稳定井壁的效果;该钻井液成本低,环境污染小,满足了水平井钻井的施工要求.In outer edge of Daqing oilfield,to explore Putaohua reservoir,economical water based drilling fluid which can replace oil based drilling fluid is needed.Therefore,a silicate based cationic drilling fluid system for horizontal wells was developed.This fluid system is mainly composed of inhibitive cationic polymer and reservoir protecting agent with silicate group,and the formulation includes 5% bentonite,0.05% sodium carbonate,0.5%~1.0% cationic polymer,0.2%~0.5% inhibiting agent,1.5%~2.5% lubricating agent,8%~12% mineral oil,0.2%~0.5% viscosity reducer,1.5%~2.0% fluid loss additive,0.2%~0.5% surfactant,1.0%~2.0% reservoir protecting agent,0.1%~0.2% flow regulator and barite powder.Lab study shows this fluid has characteristics such as stable property,strong inhibition,good lubrication and less fluid loss.Field using also demonstrates that this fluid provides some cuttings transportation and lubrication,low filtration,excellent inhibition,which help stabilize well bore and meet requirements of horizontal drilling.In addition,the fluid has low cost and is environmentally acceptable.
