摘 要:晋古13井是华北油田一口预探井,目的层为奥陶系,完钻井深为5099 m,井底温度超过160℃。该井地层情况复杂,馆陶组地层有大段燧石砾岩、石英;沙河街组有多层盐岩、膏质泥岩和油页岩,易发生缩径、坍塌,邻井曾发生过缩径卡钻等事故,钻井施工难度大。该井二开强造浆地层采用劣质固相容量高的聚硅氟钻井液,三开盐膏地层采用聚磺欠饱和盐水钻井液,并配合使用甲酸钠以改善钻井液性能,增强钻井液抑制性和稳定井壁能力,四开采用低密度低固相保护油气层钻井液。应用结果表明,该套钻井液技术满足了晋古13井的地质条件,全井无事故,电测成功率为100%。Jingu13 well is an exploratory well of which total depth is 5099 m in Huabei oil field.Its target bed is Ordovician and the bottom hole temperature is higher than 160 ℃.The geological characteristic of this well is complex in which GuanTao formation included large quantities of silexite conglomerate and quartz and ShaHeJie formation had sloughing and tight hole tendency due to multiple saline rock,gypsiferous mudstone and oil shale.Some troubles as tight hole and sticking had occured in the offset well.To meet the challenge,different drilling fluids were selected for different sections.Polysilfluorine drilling fluid(high poor solids capacity) was employed in strong yield formation of second section.Polysulfonate undersaturated salt water drilling fluid was employed in salt gypsum bed of third section and sodium formate was associated to improve drilling fluid inhibition and hole stability.Results indicated that the drilling fluid technology met the geological characteristic of JinGu13 well,no accident occurred and the success ratio of electric logging was 100%.
