摘　　要：面向过程的虚拟装配工艺规划系统对装配工艺模型提出了新的要求。在对虚拟装配工艺规划过程中的工艺数据进行分析的基础上,提出了产品层次装配任务链模型,该模型能有效表达虚拟装配工艺规划过程中的工艺数据,同时给出了由产品层次装配任务链模型向虚拟装配工艺模型转化方法,建立了虚拟装配工艺模型。开发了虚拟装配工艺规划系统VAPP,对研究结果进行了验证。The process oriented virtual assembly process planning system brings forward new requirements for the assembly process model. Based on the assembly process data being analyzed in the process of virtual assembly planning, the Assembly Task （AT） concept was proposed and analyzed. A Hierarchical Assembly Task Link （HATL） was put forward, and by HATL, the assembly process data in the process of virtual assembly planning could be recorded effectively. The relationship between HATL and assembly process model was established. At last, a prototype system was established and has verified the research result.
