摘 要:利用特征矩阵法分析推导了分布布拉格反射镜(DistributedBraggReflector,DBR)的反射率公式,在此基础上对渐变折射率型DBR进行了数值模拟,并与实验结果进行了比较,提出了腔膜由于受到有源区折射率变化的影响而偏移的结论,并用数值模拟加以验证。最后利用这种方法设计了一种带有短周期超晶格(ShortPeriodSuperlattices,SPSs)结构的新型DBR,并对新型DBR进行数值模拟,同时把它与渐变折射率型DBR进行了比较。The reflectivity formulas of the distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) were derived by the characteristic matrix method. Based on them, a numerical simulation was performed to simulate the reflective spectrum of the graded DBR, and its results were compared with the experimental results. It is presented that the red shift of the cavity mode was caused by the increase of the active region materials refractive indices, and it was verified by the results of the numerical simulation. Finally, the reflective spectrum of the DBR with short period superlattices (SPSs) was simulated by the characteristic matrix method, and it was comoared with the graded DBR.
