摘　　要：现代租赁由于其具备融资的多方面功能,在大型建设项目融资中将得到广泛应用。本文通过分析我国大型建设项目的资金来源与结构,对租赁融资方式在大型建设项目融资中运用的可行性和必要性作了探讨,并结合国际现代租赁业发展的态势和特点,提出了大型建设项目租赁融资的应用模式和策略建议。Due to holding the various functions of financing, modern lease would be applied widely during large-scale construction project, The paper analyses the sources and structure of capital in largescale construction projects, the feasibility and necessity of lease are discussed. In the end, apply modes and proposal about lease finance in large-scale construction projects are brought forward based on development of international modern lease.
