摘 要:研究了不同浓度的植物氨基酸液肥浸种对甜玉米幼苗生理生化指标和生长发育的影响。结果表明:浸种后提高了幼苗的根数、根干重、根冠比和根系活跃吸收面积,叶片叶绿素含量明显高于对照,过氧化物酶穴POD雪含量提高,膜质过氧化物丙二醛穴MDA雪含量降低。说明用植物氨基酸液肥浸种处理甜玉米,不仅有壮苗效果,还有稳定膜结构、延缓衰老、增强幼苗抗逆性的作用。The effects of soaked seeds with different concentrations of liquid amino acid fertilizer on the morphological index and physiological index of sweet corn seedling were studied in the paper. The results showed that: amino acid fertilizer treatment promoted root growth, increased root number, root weight, leaf and stem dry weight, root/shoot ratio and root system activities. At the same time, compared with the eontrast(CK), the result of the treatment of liquid amino acid fertilizer showed that: the content of leaf chlorophyll increased and the activities of peroxides(POD) enhanced while the content of malonaldhyde(MDA) decreased.
