绍兴污水处理三期钱塘江工程设计

摘　　要：绍兴综合印染废水集中处理三期钱塘江工程处理规模20万m3/d,采用混凝沉淀-厌氧水解-间歇曝气处理工艺。主要构筑物采用后张拉预应力结构技术进行整体设计,具有造价低、耐久性好的特点。同时还介绍了污水处理厂检测仪表和控制系统的设计。处理出水执行《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中“其他排污单位”二级标准。This project, the third phase of Qiantangjiang Wastewater Engineering, which is centralized treatment of print and dyeing wastewater in Shaoxing, has capacity of 200 thousand cubic meters per day. The designed process scheme is coagulation sedimention, anaerobic acidification and intermittent oxidation. Some items are described in detail, for example the integral design of big-size stretch-draw pre-stressed concrete water tank, the instrumentation and measurement design and the automation design of the wastewater plant. The effluent is good enough to meet the requirement of class Ⅱ of the National intergrated wastewater discharge standard（GB 8978--1996）.
