摘　　要：深入研究了现有继电保护管理信息系统的发展现状及存在问题,分析了现有的软件技术,采用先进的Java技术结合W izcon的网络功能,实现了一种基于W eb浏览器方式的、跨平台的、图形可控的继电保护管理信息系统的设计,实现了利用网络来进行继电保护的定值、缺陷、周校等复杂工作的智能化管理,为继电保护的管理工作做出了一种新的尝试。The present situation and current problem of relay protection management information system are researched, and the current software technique is analysed. A web-based, cross-platform and controllable graphical relay protection management information system, using the combination of Java technique with the net function of Wizcon is realized. The intelligent management of settings, faults and cycle-checks is all implemented on web, which supplys a new idea for the relay protection management information system.
