摘　　要：目的观察强直性脊柱炎患者关节功能康复训练效果。方法选择住院病人78例,采用药物治疗同时辅助功能锻炼为康复训练组,门诊病人78例,单纯采用药物治疗为药物治疗组,比较两组患者治疗6个月关节功能康复效果。结果两组患者康复效果经秩和检验有显著性差异,P<0.01。康复训练组患者功能改善明显优于药物治疗组。结论康复训练对强直性脊柱炎患者关节功能的恢复有显著作用,应加强对强直性脊柱炎患者功能的系统训练。Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation training of the articulation function of patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Seventy-eight inpatients were selected as the rehabilitation group, being treated by medicine combining with comple- mentary functional training. Another 78 outpatients were selected as the control group, being simply treated by medicine. Effect of articulation function were compared after six months＇ treatment. Results The results of the rehabilitation group was much better than that of the control group, which showed significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Rehabilitation training is very effective in the rehabilitation of articulation function of the ankylosing spondylitis patients, so systematic trainings should be reinforced for the ankylosing spondylitis patients.
