海水溺水患者的院前急救与护理

摘　　要：总结72例海水溺水患者的院前急救护理。通过现场采取保持气道开放,清除患者口腔和鼻腔中的泥沙、杂草、呕吐物,倒水,现场心肺复苏,采用706代血浆或低分子右旋糖酐而不用盐水等易致血液浓缩的高渗溶液纠正低血容量休克等现场急救护理方法,做好现场心理护理,重视海浪击伤造成的合并伤及转运途中的急救护理,提高了海水溺水患者的抢救成功率。The paper summarized emergency rescue and nursing of 72 patients drown in sea water before hospitalization. The rescue success rate of patients drown in sea water can be improved by keeping air way open on the scene, cleaning sand, grass and vomit from patient＇s mouth and nasal cavity, removing water, using 706 plasm or dextran instead of saline which causes the condensation of blood, good psychological nursing on the spot and emphasizing the combined injury caused by wave＇s striking and transportation transfer emergency nursing.
