摘　　要：报道了41例应用滤网保护装置行颈动脉支架置入治疗颈动脉狭窄病变患者的护理体会。指出术前严格掌握适应证,做好各项常规检查和心理护理,术中加强血压监测,术后密切观察有无出血、血栓形成及脑过度灌注综合征等并发症,做好出院指导等,能有效地预防并发症,提高护理质量。The paper reported nursing experiences of 41 patients with carotid stenosis treated by cervical carotid artery stent placement with filter safety device and argued strictly grasping and carefully verifying, performing normal checks and mental care, enhancing monitoring blood pressure operatively, observing the occurrence of complications including bleeding, thrombus and cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome postoperatively and offering good guidance for discharge can prevent complications effectively and improve nursing quality.
