摘　　要：对3例肾移植术后并发卡氏肺孢子虫病的重症患者给予护理:注重消毒隔离,纠正患者的缺氧,给予营养支持,密切观察病情及药物疗效、不良反应,做好心理护理及出院指导。3例患者均康复,获得满意疗效。严密的病情观察和细致、周到的护理是治疗成功的重要保证。Three serious post kidney transplantation patients complicated with Pneumocysis carinii Pneumocystosis were given the following nursing： paying attention to disinfection and quarantine, correcting patient＇s anoxia, giving nutrition supply, observing disease situation, medicine effect and adverse reaction closely and supplying good mental care and guidance for discharging. All patients recovered and satisfactory curative effect was achieved. The author argued that strict observation of disease condition and careful nursing are important guarantees to the success of treatment.
