摘　　要：目的为手术室术前访视提供新的实施手段。方法按术前访视要求采集相关多媒体素材,在W indows操作系统下,利用方正奥思多媒体创作工具,开发术前访视多媒体CAI系统。结果系统设计有护理诊断、健康教育、护理干预、CAI课件4个模块组成,每一模块均是由若干个相对独立的信息单元组成,在叙事结构上采取树状结构并相互交互。结论CAI系统能以随机性、灵活性、全方位、立体化方式使术前访视内容清晰悦目、逼真传神、形象生动地呈现给病人,从而优化护理过程、改善护理效果、丰富护理内容,较好地解决了某些内容使护士感到尴尬紧张难以确切表达、患者感到抽象深奥难以轻松理解的问题。Objective To provide preoperative interview of operating room with a new method. Methods According to the request of preoperative interview to collect related multimedia materials, CAI system of preoperative interview was developed with the use of Founder author tool at windows operating system. Results System design consisted of four modules of nursing diagnosis, health edu- cation, nursing intervention and CAI courseware, with each module made of several independent message unit, which adopted arborescence and intercrossing structure in description. Conclusion With the random, flexible, all-round, 3D features, CAI system can show the content of preoperative interview to patients lively and actively. Therefore, CAI system can optimize the nursing process, improve the nursing effect, enrich the nursing content, solve some embarrassed problems which can not be expressed exactly to patients and understood easily by patients.
