摘　　要：针对水库群开发方案的多指标评价，应用层次分析原理，建立了水库群开发评价层次分析法模型及软件。在考虑技术、经济、社会、环境、工程特点与施工条件等指标的同时，得出评价方案的多指标综合权系数，为规划方案与投资分配的决策，提供了一条有效的途径。并应用于长江上游规划的大型水库群开发评价。The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) model and software of multi - targets assessment problem to reservoirs development plan , considered technology, economy, socity, environment and project factors, is presented in this paper. It may provide data and measure to decision of reservoirs development plan and distribution of state investment. The model have been applied in reservoirs planning. For example, on the upper reaches of the Yangtse River and its tributaries.
