摘　　要：文章通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对新疆高校大学生参加体育锻炼情况进行调查与分析,为新疆高校更好的开展大学生体育锻炼活动提供科学理论和实践依据。This paper, by use of documents sarveys and statistics to discuss participation in physical training by college students in Xinjiang. And it is believe that this study will provide scientific theories and practice for better participaion of xinjiang college students in physical training, on athletics of colleges in Xinjiang.
