摘　　要：探讨住宅建筑设计的功能设计、套型设计、内部空间设计、造型设计,及居住环境设计的生态设计、小品设计、铺地与道路设计、人文设计等。提出创造真正高质量、高品质、高情感的住宅及住区环境,满足现代人们的需求。This paper probes into the function design of residence construction, structure design, interior design, ecological design of inhabitation, the design of paved ground and roads, and humanistic design, and puts forward that inhabitation environment should be featured by genuine high quality and noble feelings in order to meet the needs of inhabitants.
