摘　　要：通过问卷调查法和座谈访问法对参加第五届全国城运会羽毛球项目的湖南参赛队伍进行了研究,对湖南省青少年羽毛球运动员和教练员队伍进行了分析,掌握和了解湖南羽毛球后备人才的现状和存在问题,并提出了湖南羽毛球后备人力资源可持续发展的基本思路。With the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview, the paper studies Hunan badminton team in the Fifth City Games and analyses the groups of juveniles and coaches, grasp and learn about the present situation and existing problems of Hunan badminton reserve talents, and puts forward a basic thinking route of the sustainable development of the badminton reserve talents Hunan.
