摘　　要：运用问卷调查、数理统计等方法对陕西省23所体校的田径教练员队伍的现状进行了分析与研究,结果表明:当前体校田径教练员队伍在运动经历、培训状况、人事管理以及训练科学化程度等方面均存在诸多问题。By the ways of questionnaire investigation and statistics, this article analyzes the present status of trackand field coach troop in 23 sports schools in shannxi province. The results indicate that the coach troop in sports schools have many problems, such as sports experience, cultivation status, the personnel management and the scientific training etc.
